Let's go Hiking @ Pulgas Ridge Open Space Preserve!

  • Pulgas Ridge Parking Lot 167 Edmonds Road Redwood City, CA, 94062 United States (map)

Women in Cleantech and Sustainability (WCS) and Young Professionals in Energy (YPE) - SF Bay Area join forces to get us outdoors for a Fall hike! The event is designed to inspire us to enjoy the very nature we help preserve as a part of our careers.

Hiking with your dog is a paw-some way to bond and get some fresh air together. Pulgas Ridge Open Space Preserve, located in San Mateo County, is a dog friendly hiking trail. We encourage you to bring your furry friends, family and loved ones. The hiking trail we are adventuring on is planned to be 2 miles long and has a moderate woodland terrain.

A $5 fee is charged at registration to cover snacks and drinks. Please bring your reusable water bottle and plan to carry out your trash. Remember sunscreen, trail shoes and a hat. Carpooling is suggested and appreciated.

We will meet at the base parking lot at 9:30 am, hike Pulgas Ridge Preserve then return to the original meeting spot via a different route at approximately 1:00 pm.

Come join us, being active outdoors and show mother nature some love.
