YPE's 2022 Mentorship Program will open its applications for the 2022 cohort by the end of February! The mentorship program is focused on advancing professionals at different stages in their career, with mentees (ideally younger professionals with <5 years of experience in the energy sector or those who are interested in starting or transitioning into the space) benefitting from the guidance and tutelage of a mentor, and mentors (ideally experienced professionals with >5 years of experience in the energy sector) having the opportunity to guide and help shape a mentee's experience while cultivating their leadership skills.
